A Happy School Trip
Classmates had a good time yesterday because they all went to Chimelong Paradise . All the students got up early. They took many things from their home such as drinks, bread, milk and money. I didnt go to Chimelong Paradise, because I think it is boring. I dont like going there with classmates . But I like going there with my family.
I heard from my friends that Chimelong Paradise is a very interesting and exiting place. There are many intense rides there. In the North, there are Happy Kingdom, Kids Land and Childrens World! In the west, you can see the 10-Inversion Roller Coaster. Many people like riding it. But many people dont want to ride it again because its too scary. After the ride, people are usually filled with apprehension. Next, my friends went to Whirlwind Island. There, many rides are turning, turning, turning, so people who ride them feel dizzy. The last place is Water World. You can take a showerthere. People who rode this ride looked cool because they were all wet. All the people could enjoy themselves.
My classmates were very happy because they had a good time in Chimelong Paradise. They want to go there again this summer vacation, and so do I.

Good idea is different for everyone and is distinct each time you receive it. Sometimes I receive advice and don’t realize what it is until I actually need to apply it.
Whenever I seek guidance I turn to my friends, parents, acquaintances, and teachers because I respect their judgment. Given a difficult decision to make, even though I know what their response will be, I still look to them for help. I search for their understanding to reinforce what I already know I need to do. It’s easier for me to make a decision because when I hear the same solution being said by someone else I know someone is behind me, supporting my choice even if I mess up. They can show me options that would work for my situation and they won’t try and mislead me by giving advise that could cause me to get hurt.
When I receive good advice I’m never led by the advisor to think that I have to do what they suggest. The advisor aids me in deciding what’s best for me. They lay down choices that I can make and then it’s up to me to decide the course that I want to take. I sometimes go with the most logical solution and then other times decide to take the consequences that come with deciding to go the other way.
When we had written papers on why writing was important I had written that it helps people to communicate better because it teaches you how to express yourself, improving your communication skills. It’s the same idea with giving advice. The better grasp you have on language (which writing helps inquire) the more effective you’ll be at giving someone advice. They’ll better understand what you’re trying to get across to them and you’ll have an easier time of helping the advisee take your advice more seriously.
I am in the fifth grade, I study Chinese, math and English.
My teachers leave many homework every day. After school, I stay in school doing homework about one hour.
I go back home, after I eat my supper, I start doing homework again. I often sleep at eleven o’clock in the evening, because I have so many homework.
one little -------想想
two little---------睿睿
three little indians------嘉嘉
four little ------菲菲
five little------輝輝
six little indians------森森
seven little-----越越
eight little------小雪
nine little indians----丹丹
ten little indians boys-----東東
ten little
nine little
eight little indians
seven little ..........
Giving Children Cell Phones
Giving Children Cell Phones
More and more children are showing up at school each September with cell phones. Many parents buy their children a cell phone because it is a nice safety measure. It gives those working parents a little sense of control and security to know when dietr children are off school grounds and on their way home.
But having a cell pboue might be a problem Parents may find themselves facing a frightening bill at the end of the month. The reason: chatting on the phone and sending text messages can soon become the favorite pastime of preteens and teenagers. Worse still, cell phones in schools can lead to classroom distractions, text-message cheating and inappropriate photographs.
Knowing their chiM can always be reached is reassuring for parents. But before buying their child a cell phone, I think parents should decide if the child is really capable of managing his or her own phone. Besides, parental control must be exercised in the use of the phone. For example, they should set limits on how long the child is allowed to stay on the phone.
Good Evening Everone
my name is xx .this evening i want to talk something about college life . it include four aspects study, relative ,friendship and love .the first thing i want to say is study. we all have dreams before we enter university,we dream that we can have much more free time and we can improve us according to our advantages ,so we studied hard at junior school and senior school .now we are here in linyi normal university but many of us have no smails on their faces because here is not the place we have been dreaming for. what i want to say is that you can enter a better university to start your heigher education if you studied hard here.so you must calm down and start to study. study is the first thing you must do at university because study can help you achieve you dream.
now,i want to ask some of you a question: where you get your money from? who can answer my question? --------yes we get our money from our parents. this is the second thing i want to say : the relative .our parents paied us here , they give all the things they have so we must respect them and get on well with them ,they also need us just like we need them.apart from our parents we have many other relatives ,they also give us supports, we should respect them and get on well with them too. if we have no relatives we will have no power to study here.
when we start to study we meet many new faces which will live with us for four years we must make friends with them .just like the saying says friends play an important role in our life,if you have many fiends you will have less troublts in your life ,if you have no friends you will have troublts everwhere in your life,so do you want to have many friends? of course the answer is ‘yes’.this is the third thing i want to say :the friendship.
love is the last thing i want to say.as far as i can see love is the last thing you do at uiversity.if you fall into the river you will never get out, this does greet harm to your body and your study.besides many people say that love will not give you the sense of sweetness during schoollife.so i do not support on-campus students start their love at university.
my deer students, our college life will be richfull if we have planes in our minds.to tell the truth we have little time to stay here our roads are in front .so everone let us start to run toward our roads we have in our mines and we will be the victor in the future!
thank you
there was once a bridge which spanned a large river。 during most of the day the bridge sat with its length running up and down the river paralleled with the banks, allowing ships to pass thru freely on both sides of the bridge。 but at certain times each day, a train would come along and the bridge would be turned sideways across the river, allowing a train to cross it。
a switchman sat in a small shack on one side of the river where he operated the controls to turn the bridge and lock it into place as the train crossed。 one evening as the switchman was waiting for the last train of the day to come, he looked off into the distance thru the dimming twilight and caught sight of the trainlights。 he stepped to the control and waited until the train was within a prescribed distance when he was to turn the bridge。 he turned the bridge into position, but, to his horror, he found the locking control did not work。 if the bridge was not securely in position it would wobble back and forth at the ends when the train came onto it, causing the train to jump the track and go crashing into the river。 this would be a passenger train with many people aboard。 he left the bridge turned across the river, and hurried across the bridge to the other side of the river where there was a lever switch he could hold to operate the lock manually。 he would have to hold the lever back firmly as the train crossed。 he could hear the rumble of the train now, and he took hold of the lever and leaned backward to apply his weight to it, locking the bridge。 he kept applying the pressure to keep the mechanism locked。 many lives depended on this man's strength。then, coming across the bridge from the direction of his control shack, he heard a sound that made his blood run cold。 "daddy, where are you?" his four-year-old son was crossing the bridge to look for him。 his first impulse was to cry out to the child, "run! run!" but the train was too close; the tiny legs would never make it across the bridge in time。 the man almost left his lever to run and snatch up his son and carry him to safety。 but he realized that he could not get back to the lever。 either the people on the train or his little son must die。 he took a moment to make his decision。the train sped safely and swiftly on its way, and no one aboard was even aware of the tiny broken body thrown mercilessly into the river by the onrushing train。 nor were they aware of the pitiful figure of the sobbing man, still clinging tightly to the locking lever long after the train had passed。 they did not see him walking home more slowly than he had ever walked: to tell his wife how their son had brutally died。
now if you comprehend the emotions which went this man's heart, you can begin to understand the feelings of our father in heaven when he sacrificed his son to bridge the gap between us and eternal life。 can there be any wonder that he caused the earth to tremble and the skies to darken when his son died? how does he feel when we speed along thru life without giving a thought to what was done for us thru jesus christ?
