　　我在新東方學習英語已經(jīng)一年多了，雖然每次考試我都能在班上拿到第一名，但爸爸，媽媽和rainbow（我的英文老師）都想知道與其他同齡孩子相比，到底大家水平相差多少。所以，今年我報考了新東方的全國少兒英語競賽的a組比賽。a組的小朋友都是7－8歲年齡段的，我們需要通過地區(qū)的海選，復賽，決賽。然后第一名的小朋友將代表該地區(qū)與其他40多個城市的冠軍選手比賽。

　　5月的第一個星期六，我終于迎來了我的.海選考試，這次廣州賽區(qū)a組參賽的小朋友一共1200多人，我懷著興奮又忐忑的心情參加了40分鐘的聽力考試，考完后爸爸媽媽問我感覺如何，我回答不錯，但其實我感覺還是挺好的，可能有一兩個錯誤點吧！

　　然后我又懷著期待的心情等待比賽結(jié)果，因為1200個小朋友只有前20名能進入復賽，這樣過了一周又一周。終于昨天我放學回家時媽媽高興的告訴我，我以優(yōu)異的成績進入前20名，將于這星期五和星期六參加口語和筆試的復賽，這次復賽是參加劍橋少兒英語一級考試。前5名將參加6月的廣州地區(qū)決賽。
