四級(jí)考試于19日上午9時(shí)開考，這個(gè)泄密帖是19日凌晨2時(shí)發(fā)的。
在考前7小時(shí)，四級(jí)考試的作文題目赫然掛在國內(nèi)一網(wǎng)站頁面上。昨天下午，北京警方和武漢警方已對(duì)此事立案偵查，公安部也關(guān)注此事。
考前7小時(shí)網(wǎng)站泄露四級(jí)考題
按照規(guī)定，全國英語四級(jí)考試于6月19日上午9時(shí)開考。剛考完試，武漢某高校一名參加四級(jí)考試的學(xué)生就向武漢某媒體報(bào)料稱，考前數(shù)小時(shí)，他曾在一叫“貓撲”的網(wǎng)站上看到一個(gè)英語求助帖：一網(wǎng)友出了一個(gè)英語作文題目，要大家?guī)兔懸幌�。后來，這名網(wǎng)友又補(bǔ)帖增加了作文題目的具體要求。沒想到，這個(gè)題目竟然跟他拿到的四級(jí)試卷的作文題目一模一樣！
接到讀者報(bào)料的這名記者立即上網(wǎng)查詢，果然在該網(wǎng)站看到了這兩個(gè)帖子。昨天中午，記者向湖北教育部門求證，網(wǎng)頁上公布的試題是否為全國英語四級(jí)考試題目。據(jù)湖北省考試院全國英語四、六級(jí)考試值班室工作人員楊華介紹，此試題與當(dāng)日的英語試題一樣。
該帖點(diǎn)擊率超過萬次
本報(bào)記者于昨天下午3時(shí)到貓撲網(wǎng)站()查詢時(shí)，泄露考題的帖子已被刪除。但此事在網(wǎng)站論壇已鬧得沸沸揚(yáng)揚(yáng)。
一網(wǎng)友發(fā)帖：“今天早上7時(shí)30分左右，一個(gè)同學(xué)向我說他搞了好幾份答案，他說是在網(wǎng)上一個(gè)論壇找的，讓我也看看，我當(dāng)時(shí)不相信有這一套，不出錢哪來的餡餅？可是一上考場，發(fā)現(xiàn)作文題一模一樣……”
通過網(wǎng)友發(fā)帖的鏈接，記者終于找到了于6月19日凌晨2時(shí)4分19秒，發(fā)在貓撲大雜燴上的這個(gè)泄密帖。一網(wǎng)名為“zhuchizhuchi”的網(wǎng)友說：“作文題目：a brief introduction to tourist attract幫寫一下，我知道就這么多！英語的'高手門(們)�。⌒腋＞涂磕懔�！”補(bǔ)充帖內(nèi)容為：“要求：1、歡迎詞；2、一天的旅程安排；3、找一個(gè)景點(diǎn)向旅游者介紹。”
北京物資學(xué)院一名參加四級(jí)考試的考生向記者證實(shí)，本次四級(jí)考試的作文題目就是這個(gè)，連要求也一字不差。
截至本報(bào)記者找到該帖，該帖的點(diǎn)擊率已經(jīng)超過萬次。
北京武漢兩地警方立案偵查
就考題泄露事件，記者撥通了貓撲網(wǎng)站所留的廣告聯(lián)系電話。接電話的人稱該號(hào)碼為行政部，且目前公司沒有任何工作人員在，他本人只是一名普通員工的朋友，而該員工現(xiàn)在不在公司。
此人還拒絕透露公司地址和其他部門的電話。之后，此電話再無人接聽。
記者還從首先獲悉此事的武漢媒體得知，由于聯(lián)系不上地處北京的全國英語四、六級(jí)考試中心，該媒體向北京市公安局了解此事。昨天下午3時(shí)許，北京警方表示已經(jīng)介入調(diào)查。晚些時(shí)候，本報(bào)通過知情人士獲悉，北京市公安局和武漢市公安局已對(duì)此事立案偵查。北京市公安局已將此事向公安部做了詳細(xì)匯報(bào)。

A test of spoken English will be included as an optional component of College English Test (CET). Some people argue that it is absolutely necessary to hold a test of spoken English in China because we have been informed frequently that a Chinese student who has been learning English for over ten years cannot even communicate with a native speaker. A test of spoken English will bring the college students an awareness of the importance of oral English, and will thus help them with their communicating skills.
On the other hand, some others still maintain that a good command of reading and writing skills will be enough for the English learners. To some extent their opinion derives from the fact that students are already under considerable pressure from their coursework. Another required test will only add to their burden.
In my opinion, a test of spoken English will do more good than harm. Since China will continue its policy of opening and reform, the ability to speak English fluently is a must for anyone who wants to surpass others in a highly competitive society. Whether I take the test or not, I shall spare no efforts to practice oral English in the remaining years of my college study.
