So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now， although people‘s life is much better，and we can eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings，we can have a big meal in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV programmes.

As each coin has two sides, there are also disadvantages in such a trend. First of all, the air and noise pollution is undoubtedly going from bad to worse. The poisonous gas the private cars send out is not only of great harm to the environment around us, but to our human bodies as well, especially to the respiratory systems. Private cars, of their owners most are new drivers, meanwhile, are consequently easy to result in traffic jams or even accidents. You can imagine how worrying the situation can be when you are in a hurry!
Such being the case, some iMMediate measures must be taken to prevent it in my opinion. For instance, we should pay more attention to the environmental protection to refresh the air, if possible, to reduce the noise level. It is expected that more advanced technology can make it a reality to replace the poisonous gas with one which both saves energy and causes no harm, thus making our daily life more satisfying!

to get a thorough understanding of oneself is to gain a correct view of oneself and be a sober realist -- aware of both ones strength and shortage. you may look forward hopefully to the future but be sure not to epect too much, for ideals can never be fully realezed. you may be courageous to meet challenges but it should be clear to you where to direct your efforts. thats to way so long as you have a perfect knowledge of yourself there wont be difficulties you cant overcome, nor obstacles you cant surmount.
to get a thorough understanding of oneself needs selfappreciation. whether you liken yourself to a towering tree or a blade of grass, whether you think you are a high mountain or a small stone, you represent a state of nature that has its own raison detre. if you earnestly admire yourself youll have a real sense of self-appreciation, which will give you confidence. as soon as you gain full confidence in yourself youll be enabled to fight and overcome any adversity.
to get a thorough understanding of oneself also requires doing oneself a favor when its needed. in time of anger, do yourself a favor by giving vent to it in a quiet place so that you wont be hurt by its flames; in time of sadness, do yourself a favor by sharing it with your friends so as to change a gloomy mood into a cheerful one; in time of tiredness, do yourself a favor by getting a good sleep or taking some tonic. show yourself loving concern about your health and daily life. as you are aware, what a person physically has is but a human body thats vulnerable when eposed to the elements. so if you fall ill, its up to you to take a good care of yourself. unless you know perfectly well when and how to do yourself a favor, you wont be confident and ready enough to resist the attack of illness.
to get a thorough understanding of oneself is to get a full control of ones life. then one will find ones life full of color and flavor.
