　　1、語言準確

　　小作文的語言要求并不高。不需要語言過于華麗和復雜。只要意思表達清楚，做到準確就可以了。所以同學們在寫小作文時，要注意自己單詞拼寫以及句子的結構。同學們經(jīng)常犯的錯誤，比如時態(tài)，單復數(shù)，主謂一致等問題。在寫的.時候，一定要細心。此外，還要注意標點符號，尤其是逗號和句號的使用。

　　2、格式正確

　　書信的格式有兩種齊頭式和縮進式。同學們對于縮進式很熟悉。所以這里主要說一說縮進式。用縮進式寫作文時，首先頂格寫稱呼，寫完稱呼后，之后加逗號。下面是正文部分，寫三段。每一段開頭向里縮進4個英文字符的距離。寫完正文之后，最后是結尾部分。結尾部分包括禮貌用語，可以寫Sincerely yours，最后再寫署名。

　　3、語域恰當

　　所謂語域，就是對于不同的寫信對象，需要使用恰當?shù)恼Z言。在這里，統(tǒng)一要求同學們用正式文體寫。使用正式文體時，需要注意盡量不要使用表示命令的語氣，例如表示命令的祈使句和must、should。還有盡量不要使用縮寫。

　　4、信息完整

　　信息完整指的是各類書信所包含的信息要點要完整。當然書信的類型不同，所包含的信息要點也不同。所以就需要同學們總結好每類書信的寫作思路以及語言表達。
