Personal credit cards are becoming more common in China. Banks and other financial institutions are encouraging their customers to change the way they buy things. Credit cards, otherwise known as “plastic money”, are being offered on very good terms to encourage the change. Consumers will be able to “buy now, pay later”, and many see this as an advantage.
But people need to be careful. There are dangers associated with credit cards. Some people find it very easy to exceed their budget. They are tempted to purchase goods that they do not really need, and can become quickly overburdened by debt. The credit cards often charge a high rate of interest, which exacerbates the problems for these people.
However, used wisely credit cards can improve the quality of people’s lives. They can give people access to money to meet sudden unplanned expenses. Properly handled, they can let people control their expenditure and the monthly statements provide a record of where their money has gone.

這次去歐洲旅游，我收獲很多，其中有一點(diǎn)就是讓我對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的體會(huì)又深了一層。
去歐洲之前，我學(xué)英語(yǔ)時(shí)基本都是啞巴英語(yǔ)，從來(lái)不去大聲讀，發(fā)音總是不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，而且學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中沒(méi)有興趣，所以雖然反復(fù)學(xué)但是效果不好，學(xué)習(xí)效率很低，浪費(fèi)了很多時(shí)間。
在歐洲，我發(fā)現(xiàn)熟練掌握英語(yǔ)非常重要，無(wú)論是在旅游景點(diǎn)還是購(gòu)物商場(chǎng)，英語(yǔ)總是通用的語(yǔ)音，在很多情況下，由于英語(yǔ)不好，不能準(zhǔn)確地表達(dá)出自己的想法，而產(chǎn)生很多遺憾。在盧浮宮參觀時(shí)，雖然有英文的講解器，但因?yàn)槁?tīng)不懂，就不能更好的欣賞這個(gè)藝術(shù)寶庫(kù)。在意大利，就連最簡(jiǎn)單的買(mǎi)冰激凌，由于不會(huì)用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)“香草”這個(gè)詞，也無(wú)法品嘗更多地口味。這樣的`事情，幾乎每天都會(huì)發(fā)生。所以在國(guó)外時(shí)，我就暗暗下了決心，今后一定要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)，熟練掌握好外語(yǔ)。還有一點(diǎn)，我看到外國(guó)人說(shuō)英語(yǔ)時(shí)口型都是非�？鋸埖�，有時(shí)嘴巴張得很大，有時(shí)嘴巴撅得很厲害。我回想了一下自己的發(fā)音，說(shuō)英語(yǔ)時(shí)口型和漢語(yǔ)發(fā)音差不多，口型不到位，發(fā)音自然也不會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)了。
有了這兩點(diǎn)體會(huì)，我對(duì)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)有了更多的動(dòng)力和認(rèn)識(shí)�；貒�(guó)后在假期里學(xué)習(xí)音標(biāo)時(shí)，我開(kāi)始大聲地練習(xí)，丟掉了以前的不好意思，盡量的把口型做到位，發(fā)音慢慢地糾正過(guò)來(lái)。當(dāng)然，今后我還要繼續(xù)持久的練習(xí)，期待下次出國(guó)游時(shí)，我可以說(shuō)的更多，聽(tīng)得更多！

雖然那句歌詞很對(duì)：“全世界都在學(xué)中國(guó)話，孔夫子的話越來(lái)越國(guó)際化”但是畢竟?jié)h語(yǔ)對(duì)外國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō)還是有很大的難度，所以英語(yǔ)作為世界通用世界語(yǔ)言，是聯(lián)合國(guó)的工作語(yǔ)言之一，也是事實(shí)上的國(guó)際交流語(yǔ)言。英語(yǔ)也是與計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)系最密切的語(yǔ)言，大多數(shù)編程語(yǔ)言都與英語(yǔ)有聯(lián)系，而且隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的使用，使英文的使用更普及。所以我們更加應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，別說(shuō)你是中國(guó)人，你愛(ài)國(guó)。那只是你懶惰的借口，學(xué)英語(yǔ)就不愛(ài)國(guó)，那是更加的愛(ài)國(guó)。那么問(wèn)題來(lái)了，到底該怎樣學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)呢，我說(shuō)說(shuō)我的有效方法。
第一讀。我們中國(guó)人學(xué)英語(yǔ)存在著很大的`問(wèn)題，那就是啞巴英語(yǔ)。我們懂得很多英語(yǔ)知識(shí)，但是卻不會(huì)說(shuō)，不能運(yùn)用到實(shí)際中去，也不能和外國(guó)人交流，所以曾還有時(shí)間多讀單詞和課文，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)是非常重要的，看。我們不僅要看書(shū)上的知識(shí)，還有很多人可能會(huì)選擇看美劇來(lái)提高自己的英語(yǔ)，但是我們卻不知覺(jué)地去看中文字幕，but，如果看純英文字幕我們就什么都看不懂。所以建議大家在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間里只看一部英文電影而且不要像我一樣到了大學(xué)才后悔當(dāng)初沒(méi)有好啊后讀英語(yǔ)，現(xiàn)在都沒(méi)有時(shí)間去讀。
第二是純英文字幕的，反復(fù)看，不懂就查，這樣兩個(gè)月英語(yǔ)水平就會(huì)得到很大的提升。其實(shí)這也是我的老師交給我的方法，我實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)，很管用。
第三聽(tīng)。如果聽(tīng)不懂英語(yǔ)我們就很難和外國(guó)人交流，所以聽(tīng)力也是個(gè)不可忽視的重點(diǎn)，我的高考就被聽(tīng)力狠狠地拉了后腿，現(xiàn)在都在猛補(bǔ)，聽(tīng)力是不是一兩天就能提高的，除了練習(xí)聽(tīng)力題外要明白不是為考試而去練習(xí)聽(tīng)力的，所以做好是聽(tīng)下英文的廣播，這樣提升速度更快。
第四寫(xiě)。俗話說(shuō)得話，好記性不如爛筆頭，我們看見(jiàn)新的單詞就要多寫(xiě)，因?yàn)榫退阋粫r(shí)能記住，但也不能保證以后會(huì)不會(huì)往，畢竟英語(yǔ)單詞太多。還有新的語(yǔ)法最好就寫(xiě)進(jìn)自己的作文里，這樣印象更深刻，就會(huì)更好的用到實(shí)際中去。
綜上所述，學(xué)英語(yǔ)不能太單向與某一方面，要適當(dāng)?shù)亟Y(jié)合的把讀、看、聽(tīng)、寫(xiě)想結(jié)合。當(dāng)然這四點(diǎn)做到了一定要把相關(guān)的知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際中去，知識(shí)是死的，但人是活的，只要我們勤奮才能把知識(shí)變活。

Nowadays the people are enjoying a more comfortable life and many people are suffering from obesity. Thus， losing weight becomes very popular.
However, weight reducing is a tricky topic. Some people lose weight quickly by crash dieting or other extreme measures. This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all of the pounds they lost because they havent permanently changed their habits. Whats worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individuals health.
In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you would benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions which are widely accepted by weight reducing experts to get it started.
