　　隨著時代的發(fā)展，我國與外國的交往越來越多，因此學(xué)外語的人也越來越多，什么英語。德語、日語、韓語都有，就連我老媽也跟上了潮流。

　　一天，老媽心血來潮，非要我教她英語，說是學(xué)好了好教我弟弟趙玉。我是又高興又擔(dān)心。老媽這么有上進(jìn)心，我得好好教她。可媽媽這么大年紀(jì)了，能學(xué)會嗎？

　　我搬了張小凳子，讓媽媽坐下，又拿來弟弟的“3A”英語課本，從26個字母教起。

　　“A、B、C、D”，我教一句，媽媽跟著讀一句，發(fā)音還蠻準(zhǔn)哩！我高興地說：“呀，老媽，學(xué)得挺快的'！”媽媽笑了笑說：“你老媽什么人，沒有我的聰明，能有這么能干的女兒嗎？”我看看媽媽，一本正經(jīng)地說：“好、好，可別驕傲啊，這才開始呢！”

　　我鎮(zhèn)靜下來，對媽媽說：“媽，看我的嘴�！蔽曳畔聲�，把兩只手的中指伸進(jìn)嘴巴里，然后輕輕一拉，從嗓子里發(fā)出“哎——”的聲音。老媽真乖，也學(xué)著我的樣子，把嘴巴拉得老長，嗓子里竟然發(fā)出了“哎兒”的聲音。弟弟看著媽媽的嘴，大牙都差點(diǎn)笑掉。我一把摟住媽媽的脖子親了一口，說：“老媽，你真有才�！眿寢屢哺吲d起來�！啊骸ⅰ骸�。”又連續(xù)念了好幾遍�！安痪褪前炎彀捅庵顔�？小菜一碟！再來�！眿寢尣粺o驕傲地說。

　　As is known to all that pursuit of high scores has long been a phenomenon in China, the cause of this phenomenon is hard to be uprooted. Therefore, we should emancipate the children in the mind and return the joy of childhood to children gradually.

　　Currently, many problems concerning the safety of food have popped up. As for me, I believe at least three factors account for this issue.

　　First, I observe that profits drive many food producers to commit illegal things. They aim to gain more money at the expense of consumers health. Second, the overuse of agricultural pesticide has resulted in the degradation of food quality. The excessive pesticide bears enormous health hazard for people. Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, peoples health has been seriously disturbed.

　　All in all, food safety is such a great concern, and we all should do establish laws and implement them effectively to avoid producing toxic foods.

　　點(diǎn)評：首句直接點(diǎn)題，詞組pop up指彈起，這里指食品安全突然間成了一大社會問題。

　　文章第二部分從蔬菜生產(chǎn)商、水果濫用農(nóng)藥及激素方面闡釋了食品安全問題的根源。Observe除了有觀察之意，還可以表示某人的`觀點(diǎn);動詞commit后面通常接違法或傷害性的事情，如commit a crime, commit illegal things, commit suicide等等。以消費(fèi)者的健康為代價(jià)除了使用at the expense of 還可以使用at the cost of 或者ignoring。另外，在表達(dá)同一意思或相近意思時，此文避免了一詞多用，而是采用不同的單詞或詞組，如劣質(zhì)食品使用了problems concerning the safety of food, the degradation of food quality和toxic foods。
