英語慰問信的格式及范文

　　1.簡介

　　對同事、親朋好友所遭遇的不幸或失敗，如生病、車禍、考試不及格等表示安慰，給予鼓勵。

　　2.寫作流程及要素

　　表明寫作目的(表示已知對方的不幸并表示同情)→進一步慰問和關(guān)心→表示祝愿

　　3.選用語域注意事項

　　慰問信應(yīng)寫得真切，注意措辭，對輕病或者小損失，慰問信應(yīng)寫得輕松一些。相反，嚴重病情或者重大損失，信就應(yīng)該寫得深沉一些。慰問信寫時應(yīng)注意：

　　①寫給受傷人的信要簡短、中肯，表示一定程度上的不安和難過之情。信中不必問詢事故發(fā)生的過程、原因、見證人等。

　　Directions:

　　Suppose your friend John has just had acar accident and been hospitalized for sometime.Write a letter to express your concernfor him.
