面試陳述不要千篇一律

　　　　當(dāng)被問(wèn)到以前的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)時(shí)，你可能會(huì)千篇一律的重復(fù)簡(jiǎn)歷上的那段話。這樣就喪失了針對(duì)性，想都成了問(wèn)題。你應(yīng)該事先調(diào)查一下你要應(yīng)聘的工作的具體內(nèi)容，這樣好在陳述時(shí)突出和工作相契合的部分，增加面試成功的機(jī)率。這才是。

　　When you start an interview, find out what you're interviewing for. Typically, the person who writes and publishes a job description is not the person making the hiring decision. Ask the hiring manager what the goals are for the position, and ask who the new hire will work most closely with so you know who'll have the biggest say in whether or not you get hired.面試時(shí)，你得注意發(fā)現(xiàn)雇傭方想要的是什么。一般情況下，寫(xiě)作和發(fā)布職位信息的人不是決定雇傭與否的人。咨詢一下人員你所應(yīng)聘的職位是做什么的，這個(gè)職位和誰(shuí)的工作關(guān)系最緊密，這樣你就知道了誰(shuí)是那個(gè)握有生殺大權(quán)的人，他會(huì)決定是否雇傭你。讓你的盡量的做好吧。

　　And, if you get the job, remember that it could change all over again. Immediately. So don't ever assume you know what your job is until you investigate. The only constant about your job description is that you must be invaluable to your boss in order to succeed.即使你被錄取了，你也要記住，事情完全可能發(fā)生變化。沒(méi)準(zhǔn)兒會(huì)立刻發(fā)生。所以在調(diào)查前，不要以為你知道具體工作是什么。關(guān)于職位描述中唯一不變的是要顯示出你對(duì)老板來(lái)說(shuō)非常有價(jià)值，這樣才能保證你面試成功。
