Dear editor,
I just returned from a tour. Much to my regret, I write to lodge a complaint against the travel agency. Suffering from too much pressure brought by the quickening pace of modern life I wanted to have some relaxation by traveling. But the tour made me feel even worse and I really feel regretful. I would never take such tours again. Next time I will think twice before I make the decision on which travel agency to choose.
The reasons why I didn't enjoy myself during the tour are as follows: Firstly, the guide was really arrogant. He didn't answer the questions I asked. Secondly, the accommodations were different from what I imagined. Moreover, the travel agency failed to live up to what it had promised. The route of travel was changed.
In a word, it was really a bitter experience. There's much room for improvement for the travel agency. I think the department concerned should take immediate measures to prevent a recurrence of such offensive phenomena.
