　　尊敬的包總：

　　您好!在萬般無奈下，我寫下了這份辭職報告。之所以說無奈，因?yàn)槲乙言陂_封府工作十年以上，對開封府有很深厚的感情，也曾希望在府里大展身手，現(xiàn)如今要辭職離府，心中不禁酸楚異常。

　　但天下無不散之筵席。既然要走，很多是非對錯，我覺得也沒必要說的很清楚了，就好似情侶和平分手，不再論孰是孰非，就概括為彼此不合適吧。而相對言，我覺得我可能更不適合開封府吧，因?yàn)樯戏逡苍�多次表達(dá)了對我的不滿意，每次都是看在我是老捕頭的情面上才留下我的，上峰的寬厚這里我要表示感謝，但這樣做就阻礙了開封府引進(jìn)更優(yōu)秀人才的道路，作為一名職業(yè)捕頭我覺得這樣很不好。

　　另外，由于我妻子月華的身體狀況問題，我竭盡全力也無法達(dá)到開封府近期提出的一系列要求了，比如全年連續(xù)每日到崗執(zhí)勤、以一己之力對付五鼠鬧東京等等。鑒于此，我仔細(xì)斟酌數(shù)日，決定主動向府里提出辭職。

　　請包總放心，我現(xiàn)在已基本完成手頭的所有案件。我會配合府衙交接好自己的事務(wù)，使雙方都能愉快達(dá)成這最后一次合作。

　　最后，感謝開封府這十多年來對我的培養(yǎng)，感謝那些和我合作愉快的大人和捕快們，同時希望開封府明鏡高懸、大展鴻圖。
